Hey, I’m Melissa Tohlakai
I'm a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner living off-grid in the high desert of the Southwestern US.
For over 13 years, I've worked as a Wholistic Practitioner, helping women reconnect to their bodies, detox their lives, and find joy in sustainable living. I built my own home off-grid - yes, with my own hands - and I teach from lived experience. I believe wellness should be soulful, practical, and yours.
